General Policy

At The Colour Nest, we take pride in the uniqueness of our custom-printed products. Due to the personalised nature of our items, all sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you encounter any issue with your order, please get in touch with us, and we will strive to resolve it within the confines of our policies.

Custom Printed Orders
As our products are custom-made and unique to each customer, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you believe your order has a manufacturing issue or defect, we encourage you to contact us to discuss potential solutions.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. This can be done through the order confirmation email or your dashboard on our website. Please note that we cannot cancel or modify your order once production has commenced.
Sizing Issues
Please ensure you select the correct size before ordering. Our products are made-to-order, and we cannot offer replacements or refunds for orders made in the wrong size. Sizing guides are available on our product pages.
Issue Reporting
If you find any issue with your order, it must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at info@thecolournest.com with detailed photographs illustrating the issue.
Return Shipping
In manufacturing defects, The Colour Nest will cover the return shipping costs. The customer will bear the shipping costs for returns initiated for other reasons. All returns must be received within 30 days of the return request approval.
Delivery Issues
We will try to resolve delivery or non-delivery challenges with the postal service. If an incorrect address leads to a return, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs. For packages marked as delivered but have yet to be received, we will assist on a case-by-case basis but generally do not remake confirmed orders.
Package Damage and Insurance
Once a package leaves our facility, its handling is the carrier's responsibility. We can file a claim for damaged packages if the package was insured. Additional insurance is recommended for high-value packages and can be arranged by contacting us.
Enhanced Shipping Options
We offer standard insurance for all shipments. If you have specific delivery needs or require additional insurance, please get in touch with us for arrangements and applicable fees.
Donations
To reduce the impact of returns, we reserve the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items. Custom-printed products will not be resold.
Refundable Situations
Refunds are granted in limited situations, including: Inability to produce an order due to equipment limitations. Order cancellation within 12 hours before production starts. Manufacturing defects are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Reporting an Issue
To report an issue, follow these steps: Please email us at info@thecolournest.com with clear pictures of the issue. Include the order number in the subject line. We will acknowledge your email and respond within 48 hours.  Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We may request additional information or pictures. Resolutions may include reprinting the order, providing credit, or, in rare cases, issuing a refund.
