Shipping & Support

This piece is prepared after the order is placed and dispatched from our partner workshop. Dispatch is typically within two to three working days. Delivery to the UK is usually 10–20 days, with tracking once the parcel is in transit.

Glass is packed for fragile transit. Weight is about 1.5 kg. If anything arrives damaged, contact the studio with your order number and photographs and we will arrange a resolution.

Product Care & Safety

Smoked fluted glass and metal. Dust with a dry cloth. Keep away from hard knocks and sudden temperature change.

This is a mains wall lamp. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician. Isolate the power before changing a lamp. Use an E27 fitting. Never leave damaged wiring in use. This piece is not a candle holder.
