Shipping & Support

UK shipping is included. This piece is prepared after the order is placed and dispatched from our partner workshop. Dispatch is typically within two to three working days. Delivery to the UK is usually 10–20 days, with tracking once the parcel is in transit.

Glass is packed for fragile transit. If anything arrives damaged, contact the studio with your order number and photographs and we will arrange a resolution.

Product Care & Safety

Ribbed glass. Dust with a dry cloth. Keep away from hard knocks and sudden temperature change.

Use a tealight or small votive in the cup. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep clear of drafts, children, and pets. Allow the holder to cool before moving. Candles are not included.
