Shipping & Support

This piece is prepared after the order is placed and dispatched from our partner workshop. Dispatch is typically within two to three working days. Delivery to the UK is usually 10–20 days, with tracking once the parcel is in transit.

Crystal is packed for fragile transit. Weight is about 1.2 kg. If anything arrives damaged, contact the studio with your order number and photographs and we will arrange a resolution.

Use a standard taper in the cup. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep clear of drafts, children, and pets. Allow the holder to cool before moving. This piece is a candle holder only — candles are not included.
